Our approach to copyright
IPTV USA distributes content only where we hold the appropriate rights or licences. We do not host or knowingly distribute unlicensed copyrighted material.
Where content is provided by third-party feeds, we rely on the representations and licences of upstream providers and take appropriate action when notified of an issue.
Copyright notices (DMCA)
If you believe material available through or on our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ('DMCA').
Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it can be located; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send notices
Send DMCA notices to our designated contact via the support email address in the footer of this Site, with the subject line 'DMCA Notice'. We review notices and take action as required by law.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice explaining why, which we will process in accordance with the DMCA.
