Our position on copyright
IPTV USA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We only make available content for which the appropriate rights have been secured, and we take copyright complaints seriously.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe in good faith that material available on our service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice (a 'DMCA takedown notice') to our designated agent that includes:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
4. Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Where to send notices
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at the support email address listed in the footer of this Site (chdaouibassem@gmail.com), with the subject line 'DMCA Takedown Notice' and physical contact details included in the body.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), as well as your agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the accounts of subscribers who are repeatedly accused of infringing activity.
Note to users
End users are responsible for the lawful use of the content they access. Streaming, downloading, or redistributing content without the rights holder's permission may violate copyright law. When in doubt, only access content you are authorized to watch.
