How EPG data gets into your player
Many players load EPG automatically from the provider. If yours shows empty listings, most apps let you add an EPG URL manually or refresh the guide in settings.
- Open your player's settings and find 'EPG' or 'Program Guide'.
- Allow the guide to refresh over a few minutes.
- In TiviMate and similar, choose an 'EPG update interval' of 4–6 hours.
- If listings are missing, try a manual refresh after 10–15 minutes.
