Setup steps

Connect your Fire TV
Plug in your Fire TV, connect it to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network, and sign in with your Amazon account.

Install the player
From the home screen, search for our recommended player app in the Fire TV search. Select Download, then Open once installed.

Enter account details
Open the app and enter the server/device name, username, and password from your welcome email. Select login.

Start streaming
When the channel list finishes loading, browse the guide and start watching. Add the app to Favorites for quick access.
Helpful tips
- Keep the Fire TV player app updated — checking for updates fixes many loading issues.
- A wired connection (using the Ethernet adapter on compatible devices) improves stability for large events.
- If the channel list is empty, confirm your internet works and re-enter your credentials.
